2 Usage Data & Retention

We automatically collect certain information when you use Footzle, including your puzzle history, guesses, and Ball Knowledge Points. This data is stored securely to synchronize your game progress across devices ("Cloud Saves"), improve the game experience, and provide personalized stats. In the event of account deletion, we may retain anonymized gameplay data indefinitely to maintain community scoring benchmarks and system integrity.

Retention Policy: Premium analysis reports, including DNA Lab matches and Transfer Simulations, are retained for a period of 1 year from the date of creation. After this period, reports are automatically purged from our systems to ensure data minimisation and privacy.

3 Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. Stripe processes payment transactions and stores your payment method details securely.

4 Cookies

We use cookies to maintain your session and keep you logged in. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

5 Data Removal

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and personal data. Deletion requests are fulfilled by stripping all personally identifiable information from your account ("Anonymization"). This process is permanent and cannot be undone. Please note that account deletion does not entitle you to a refund for any remaining subscription time or unused credits.
