1 Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Footzle, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
3 Subscription & Payments
3.1 Free Tier
Free users are limited to 7 puzzles per day. Transfer Sim and DNA Lab access is restricted and may require spending Ball Knowledge Points or purchasing Add-on Packs.
3.2 Pro Subscription
Pro users enjoy 35 daily puzzles, monthly bonus credits for premium features, and an ad-free experience. Subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew unless cancelled.
3.3 Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time via the billing portal. Access to Pro features will continue until the end of your current billing period. All subscription payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide partial refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused features.
3.4 Pricing Changes
Prices for Pro subscriptions are subject to change. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increase. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes your agreement to pay the new amount.
3.5 One-Time Purchases
Add-on Packs (e.g., Transfer Sim Pack, DNA Lab Pack) are one-time purchases that provide a fixed number of credits. These credits do not expire. All one-time purchases are final and non-refundable.
Data Retention
Analysis reports generated via DNA Lab or Transfer Sim are subject to a 1-year retention policy and will be automatically deleted after that time.
4 Ball Knowledge Points
Ball Knowledge Points are a virtual currency used within Footzle to unlock features or track progress. They have no real-world cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for money.
5 User Conduct
You agree not to use Footzle for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You agree not to harass, abuse, or harm another person or group.
6 Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our site.
7 Account Termination & Deletion
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, we will process your deletion request by anonymizing your account data as described in our Privacy Policy. Please note that certain gameplay data may be retained in an anonymized format for analytical and system integrity purposes.
